About Flock Papers.
Flock consists of tiny fibres, for example of cotton. It is applied to paper using screen printing techniques which produces patterns with a velvety finish, much like traditional wallpapers. Our handmade flock papers are imported by us direct from the factory in India to Australia.
Any design and colour is possible. Flock can be applied to the full range of types of hand made paper, producing spectacular colour contrasts, subtle self coloured patterns and the luxurious combination of the velvet of flock, with the silken texture of silk paper.
